SQUIRREL - EXETER DEATH NETTLE
Inspired by Cam's early morning baking music. This is Stage's signature nettle cucumber cocktail using Exeter Distillery gin.
A short and refreshing aperitif best served on ice with fresh mint.
ARTICHOKE - MEXI-BOT
A Taco Boys classic from our time on the beach. A true taste of summer.
Rim your glasses with lime and the secret mexi-salt and pour in Otter Brewery's tarka lager - the more head the better!
GARLIC - LE GRAPPIN'S CHARDONNAY
A beautiful easy drinking chardonnay from our favourites le Grappin from the Rhone valley.
Stored in 'bagnums' this wine has 10% the carbon footprint that a regular glass bottle has.
GORSE FLOWER SOUR
Chef Matt's cornish gorse brandy is served with squeezed lemon and aromatic bitters.
Add an egg white and ice to to your jar and shake vigorously until creamy. Use the cap and a strainer to strain and pour into your glasses.
This sweet and sour drink should cut through your creamy tiramisu.
PETIT FOUR - NETTLE TEA
Hand picked nettle and candied ginger tea.
Stick the kettle on, pop your compostable tea bag in a mug and steep in boiling water for 5 minutes. Relax and enjoy!
REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE
As you can see, Taco Boys are taking on Exeter's glass recycling struggles. If it's not too much trouble, we would greatly appreciate returns of your bottles and will happily take excess glass bottles off your hands.
